Hillman Named to American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering’s College of Fellows

Elizabeth M.C. Hillman, associate professor of biomedical engineering and radiology (physics), was elected to the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering’s College of Fellows for her outstanding contributions to the development of innovative optical methodologies for functional and dynamic imaging of living tissues. AIMBE’s College of Fellows comprises the top two percent of medical and biological engineers in the country. Hillman engineers new visualization tools for imaging the brain in order to decipher how the brain drives behavior.
